Redline Engineering is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all its employees, contractors, visitors and third parties impacted by our business activities.
We will actively encourage all employees to be involved in achieving and maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.
It is Redline Engineering’s obligation and the responsibility of all its employees to report and rectify any unsafe conditions, promote safe working practices and encourage adoption of safe work practices.
We will identify all risks and, as far as practicable, eliminate and/or control all hazards within the workplace.
We expect all employees to take reasonable care for both their health and safety and that of their fellow workers.
Our employees are required to use all safeguards and equipment provided, and they must report all unsafe activity, near misses, accidents and injuries to their Team Leader or Supervisor, immediately.
We cannot and will not knowingly continue to employ anyone who wilfully violates health and safety procedures and/or endangers themselves or others.
